Refund and Returns Policy

At AgriNext Global | Export Store, we take immense pride in the quality of our agricultural products. Given the nature of our commodities (perishable/semi-perishable), we maintain a strict policy to ensure food safety and international trade compliance.

1. Scope of Policy

Due to international food safety regulations and the nature of export logistics, we generally do not accept returns once a shipment has departed from Bangladesh. However, we offer refunds or replacements under specific, documented circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Claims

You may file a claim for a refund or replacement if:

  • Wrong Product Received: The item delivered does not match the product specified in the proforma invoice.
  • Severe Damage/Contamination: The product arrived in a condition that renders it unusable (e.g., severe mold, chemical contamination), provided it was not caused by shipping delays or carrier negligence.
  • Quantity Discrepancy: The weight or quantity is significantly lower than the amount specified in the Packing List.

3. Claim Submission Window

  • All issues must be reported within 72 hours (3 business days) of the cargo’s arrival at the destination port/airport.
  • Claims made after this window will not be entertained.

4. Required Documentation

To process a claim, you must provide the following evidence to export@agrinextglobal.com:

  • Clear photos and high-resolution Unboxing Videos showing the damaged goods and the shipping labels.
  • A copy of the Inspection Report or a statement from the clearing agent.
  • Batch number or lot details if applicable.

5. Refund & Resolution Process

Once your claim is verified and approved by our quality control team, we will offer one of the following:

Credit Note: The value of the damaged portion will be deducted from your next order.

Replacement: We will ship the replacement goods in your next scheduled shipment at no extra product cost.

Partial/Full Refund: In exceptional cases, a refund will be processed via the original payment method (T/T) within 14 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds for:

  • Delays in delivery caused by the shipping line or customs clearance at the destination.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the buyer after delivery.
  • Small natural variations in color, size, or aroma which are inherent to natural agricultural crops.
  • Shipments rejected by the buyer’s country due to sudden changes in local import laws.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of payment. Once processing and packaging have commenced, or the Phytosanitary certificate has been issued, a cancellation fee may apply.
