These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our export portal located at agrinextglobal.com/export/. By accessing this website and engaging in business with us, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Nature of Business
AgriNext Global | Export Store is a B2B (Business-to-Business) platform specializing in the international trade of agricultural commodities. All transactions are intended for wholesale and export purposes.
2. Product Specifications & Quality
- We guarantee that our products (Roselle Tea, Bean Seeds, Areca Nut, etc.) meet the technical specifications provided on the respective product pages.
- As these are natural agricultural products, slight seasonal variations in color, size, and texture may occur.
- Third-party inspections (e.g., SGS) are welcome at the buyer’s expense before shipment.
3. Pricing & Quotations
- All prices are quoted in USD and are based on FOB (Free On Board) Chattogram Port, unless otherwise negotiated (e.g., CIF or CFR).
- Quotations provided via email or WhatsApp are valid for 7–14 days due to market fluctuations in agro-commodities.
4. Payment Terms
To ensure a secure trade environment, we primarily accept:
- 100% Advance T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) for small/trial orders.
- Irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) at Sight for bulk container-load shipments.
- Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation is received from our bank.
5. Shipping & Lead Time
- Standard processing and packaging time is 15–21 business days after payment/LC confirmation.
- We are not liable for delays caused by shipping lines, port strikes, or customs clearance processes in the destination country.
6. Claims & Dispute Resolution
- Any claims regarding quality or quantity discrepancies must be filed within 72 hours of receiving the cargo, supported by photographic and video evidence.
- Our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a credit note for the specific damaged portion.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka or Chattogram.
