Shipping Policy

At AgriNext Global | Export Store, we ensure a streamlined and transparent logistics process to deliver our premium agro-products from the fertile lands of Bangladesh to your destination safely and efficiently.

1. Shipping Methods

We offer flexible shipping solutions based on the order volume and urgency:

  • Ocean Freight (LCL/FCL): Our primary method for bulk orders, operated through Chattogram Port (BDCGP). We handle both Less than Container Load (LCL) and Full Container Load (FCL).
  • Air Freight: Recommended for samples or high-value urgent shipments, operated through Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (VGHS), Dhaka.

2. International Trade Terms (Incoterms)

We primarily operate under FOB (Free On Board) terms. However, we are happy to provide quotations for:

  • CFR (Cost and Freight)
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight)

3. Order Processing & Lead Time

  • Preparation: Once payment (T/T or L/C) is confirmed, our processing, quality grading, and packaging take 15–21 business days.
  • Transit Time: The actual sailing time depends on the shipping line and the destination port. We will provide an estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) once the vessel departs.

4. Export Documentation

We provide a comprehensive set of documents required for international customs clearance:

  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill (AWB)
  • Commercial Invoice & Detailed Packing List
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (issued by the Ministry of Agriculture, Bangladesh)
  • Certificate of Origin (CO)
  • Fumigation Certificate (if applicable)

5. Packaging Standards

To maintain freshness and prevent damage during long-distance transit, we use:

  • Vacuum-sealed packs for Roselle Tea.
  • Double-layered PP bags or Jute bags for Bean Seeds and Areca Nuts.
  • Customized palletization is available upon request for additional safety.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges in the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific import requirements for agricultural products from Bangladesh.

7. Shipment Tracking

Once your cargo is onboard, we will share the tracking number or container number, along with the shipping line’s tracking portal link, so you can monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
