• Smart Agri-Solutions: Insights provided by Agrinofy and AIAI are data-driven advisories. While we strive for 100% accuracy, agricultural outcomes are subject to natural variables (weather, soil, pests), and AgriNext Global is not liable for specific yield results.

• Agro Import-Export: All international trade is subject to the prevailing laws of Bangladesh and the destination/source country.

• Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. E-commerce Terms (BeejGhor.com & Farmsfy)

• Product Availability: All orders for seeds, tools, or produce are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to stock constraints.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is final.

• Shipping & Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates. AgriNext Global is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or natural disasters.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, including logos, text, graphics, the "Farming Innovation, Connecting Agriculture" slogan, and the visual identity of our brands, is the intellectual property of AgriNext Global Ltd.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary AI algorithms (Agrinofy) or research data (AIAI) is strictly prohibited.

5. Ethical Finance & Musharaka Fund

• Shariah Compliance: The AgriNext Musharaka Fund operates on profit-and-loss sharing principles. Users must agree to the specific Investment Agreement of the fund before participating.

• Risk Disclosure: All agricultural investments carry inherent risks. By participating in the Musharaka Fund, you acknowledge that returns are based on actual business performance.

6. Digital Payments (AgriNext Pay)

• All transactions via AgriNext Pay are secured. Users must ensure their payment information is accurate.

• AgriNext Global is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your digital wallet due to user negligence.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriNext Global Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Crop failure due to climate change or natural disasters.

• Technical interruptions in AI or E-commerce platforms.

• Misinterpretation of agricultural advice provided by our tools.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chattogram.
